Why a Life Coach?
Lifestyle factors are what shape a person’s health the most. The foods we like to eat, the time we spend doing that which brings us joy, the amount of water we drink, the time we spend procrastinating, the unhealthy relationship that brings one comfort, etc.… Consequently, in order to undo damage that has been done, the largest obstacle to overcome is the ability to make changes. The only way to fully heal is to change the patterns that led to the current state of health; therefore, I work closely with a life coach. Our mind and the way we think has its role in the development and continuation of any illness. Because we address all aspects of the client, life coaching sessions are included in some of the packages. We also recommend working with our life coach when it is found that stress plays a significant role in the cause of illness.
Laura received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance (CTA), and has her Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. She uses decades of education, training, and experience to support her clients in finding their own unique solutions to create a life they deeply love.
